UNHRC publishes Kailasa’s report on Protection of all Persons against Enforced Disappearances
September 11, 2022

The United Nations has published the “Non-state actors and enforced disappearances in the content of the convention of the Protection of all Persons against Enforced Disappearances“, the seventh report in the series of reports accepting, recognizing and bringing out the persecution on the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Jagat Guru Mahasannidhanam (JGM) His Divine Holiness (HDH) Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam and KAILASA – the revival of the ancient, enlightened Hindu civilizational nation.

This recent report by Kailash Union was published on 5 September 2022 by the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner detailing the persecution on the SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, KAILASA, specifically the grave crime of genocide through the terrorist acts of continuous attempted assassinations of the SPH and elimination of his followers by ‘enforced disappearances’.

The Aboriginal Indigenous Agricultural Tribes (AIAT) led by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam have been the victim of multiple instances of “enforced disappearances” by deep state elements including illegal arrest, detention, various forms of deprivation of liberty and concealment of the fate or whereabouts of the disappeared persons.

The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam is the leader of 2 billion Hindus and the reigning spiritual emperor of 19 ancient traditional indigenous Hindu kingdoms. The revival of Hinduism through the civilizational nation of Kailasa globally irked vested interests of deep state elements who executed a massive persecution and genocide on the SPH and His followers with one of the major strategies of elimination being systematic and continued enforced disappearances of the SPH and AIAT members.

The persecution has been ongoing over a decade including over 70 assassination attempts, over 250 sexual assaults on the SPH and AIAT members, lawfare of 120 false cases, massive hate propaganda in electronic media of over 17,000 hours and print media of over 25,000 articles, destruction of heritage properties worth over 27 million USD, and the continuing ethnocide and genocide of over 80 million Hindus worldwide since 7 centuries.

The enforced disappearances of the SPH and His community are acts of terrorism, criminal violence forcing the government to comply to their terror. Generally, terrorists target people due to the high value most governments give to human life, and use the media to draw attention to its cause and magnify its limited power, both attributes seen in the persecution of the SPH and His community. The AIAT community lives in fear every moment not knowing the type, extent, timing, or precise locale of the next attack, and rendering it impossible to defend itself.

The enforced disappearances were supported and implemented by:

  • Keeping the whereabouts and fate of the SPH concealed from His followers and disciples
  • Beating and kidnapping of the initiated monks of the SPH
  • Delegitimizing the SPH by hate propaganda, disenfranchising Him of His civil and human rights, prejudicing Him from fair representation and fair trial
  • Repeated illegal imprisonment, with brazen torture, custodial assassination attempts, supported by system justification in various forms, including the common processes of bureaucracy, indifference, self-deception, diffused responsibility, resulting in continued systemic complicity with torture, murder and genocide
  • Well-planned multi-layer false hate propaganda by the ‘fourth estate’ media sustained by moral disengagement, leaving the broader public in a state of wilful ignorance, motivated denial, victim blaming, dehumanization and bystander apathy to even genocide.

Since the last millennia, indigenous Hindus have faced years of untold sufferings, massacres, gang rapes, loot, enslavement, persecution; they have been unethically and forcibly converted, witnessed demolitions, desecration, looting, and grabbing of their temples, monasteries, educational institutions, and libraries. This continues through the modern day. Many world leaders have stood in solidarity with persecuted Hindus and the SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam, as the United Nations has also been accepting and highlighting the persecution of the SPH and the indigenous people of KAILASA.

The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam is the only bold, unwavering, unsuppressed voice for persecuted Hindus. The SPH has dedicated and sacrificed His life to fight for Hindu rights and is the only Hindu voice in United Nations bringing the world’s attention to the generational Hindu genocide.
